Shipping info

MONSTERA jewelry is a one-person project and all listed items are handcrafted to-order link by link. The time it takes to complete your order depends on the type and quantity of items you're purchasing and the lenght of the queue.

It usually takes 1 - 4 weeks to finish your order and ship it out.

Since some pieces take more or less time to complete I'm happy to answer any of your concerns via email. If you have a deadline, please, get in touch with me as soon as possible so we can discuss the possibilites of rush processing and shipping.

All items are shipped out with tracking number and you'll receive an automatic email with the tracking info once the package is shipped.

Returns and refunds

All MONSTERA pieces are made to your measuments and therefore it is a store policy to not accept refunds nor returns. However, please, email me if you have any issues or questions and I'm happy to discuss it with you!

Resizing, adjustments and reparations

I do accept reparations as well as resizing/adjustments of your previsouly purchased items and I won't ask you questions about why or what happened ;)
Pricing in this case is very individual so please send me an email with the description and, if possible, a photo of said piece. I'll get back to you shortly.

Remember that you'll have to cover the both way shipping if you're not able to hand in & pick up your item in person.
